Abstract

Paciente masculino de 8 meses de edad, producto de un embarazo normal con parto eutócico, peso ade-cuado al nacer y lactancia materna exclusiva hasta los 4 meses. Al iniciar la lactancia artificial comienza con dificultad respiratoria durante la alimentación y regur-gitaciones importantes.
