Acute myocardial infarction as the first manifestation of antiphospholipid syndrome
Abstract
Antiphospholipid syndrome is an autoimmune disease characterized by the combination of venous and arterial thrombosis, whose presentation is very diverse. Acute myocardial infarction is one of the more unusual presentations. This article presents a case with this diagnosis and intracavitary thrombus as presentation form of antiphospholipid syndrome.Downloads
