Abstract
Hombre de 56 años de edad con antecedentes de cirugía de doble remplazo valvular (mitro-aórtico) 16 años antes, con implantación de marcapasos permanente por bloqueo atrioventricular de alto grado, que en los últimos años ha evolucionado a una miocardiopatía dilatada, con dilatación de aorta ascendente y arco, así como hipertensión arterial pulmonar.Downloads
